Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Mohur. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 10-12 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping will not be chargeable within India for Prepaid orders above INR 2500.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Mohur is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you believe that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call us at +91 9395665234 or email us at mohurjewellery@gmail.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
